Shop Guam e-Festival

(November 10, 2018 to February 10, 2019)

This festival that began in 2012, started out as a global social media campaign by the Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB). It highlights the unique interactive shopping experience that showcases Guam as a modern, trendy and one-of-a-kind place to shop.

Now on its 7th year, Shop Guam has become an e-festival that is the epitome of every sense of the meaning of “Smart Tourism.” With the new Shop Guam app, you can expect a revolutionary mobile shopping experience. The app is also available in six languages.

Encore! Where Magic Happens

End a great year with an even greater show! Don’t miss this amazing performance when you visit Guam. Encore! Where The Magic Happens is a perfect depiction of illusion, comedy relief and stunts with captivating music and lights.

Expect a lot of audience participation incorporated in the show, which creates a fun atmosphere that everyone is all part of the magic. The state-of-the-art theater is perfectly sized to make sure that all focus is directed on the family-friendly performance.

The Christmas Festival In The Hill of Malojloj

(December 14 – 16, 2018)

The San Isidro Catholic Church, with its pastor Rev. Fr. Gerry Hernandez, and the San Isidro Parish Council and the Malojloj Christian Mothers will launch the Christmas festivities with a Nino Belen Contest.

The celebration begins with the showcasing the conversion of the former Monastery of the Carmelites to the new Retreat Center. There will be booths, rides, and novelty items for sale during the event. Musical performances will be among the highlights, with several cultural/school groups will perform as well as a number of local artists.

Feel free to participate in the fundraising raffle activity where each raffle ticket is sold at $5 each. Cash prizes are drawn every night, with the main raffle prize will be drawn on the final evening of the festivities.

Come and join the fun that takes place in the hill of Malojloj, Inalahan Village. Admission is free.

New Year’s Eve Fireworks Display

As the year 2018 comes to a close, the countdown to welcome the new year begins. Local residents and visitors alike look to the skies to enjoy a beautiful New Years Eve fireworks display over Tumon Bay.
